Job Title: General Manager

Location : Shenzhen，P.R.China

Summary:

Responsible for overall Site management including commercial management and operation etc. Take charge of the Site P&L.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the development of business plans, commercial developments and operational implementation of the business strategy with the purpose of ensuring internal business development and service delivery alignment

· Develop key account management and enhance product/market strategy to ensure on-going market alignment and revenue generation from existing and new products and markets

· Development of relationship mapping strategy and driving regional adoption to understand and maximize engagement with government agencies, clients, trade associations, suppliers,

· Drive and ensure the service delivery, TAT and quality result. Get involved operational details and be able to provide technical/operational guidance to subordinates

· Implement and launch approved new products and services including ensuring the development of sales and marketing tools, operational roll-out kits, internal alignment, external regional presentations & webinars, etc.

Required Education & Experience:

· Education: BA degree in a relevant discipline required, MBA desirable

· Experience:

Ø  Desired experience in the relevant industry for 8 years or above with leadership role.  Or senior management with multinational manufacturing company experience, prefer multi-function management experience including operation management

Ø  Proven track record of success driving and delivering on revenue and business development goal in a challenging business-to-business service environment

Ø  Successful history in growing organizations with an emphasis on developing local business partners

Ø  Leadership qualities: influential, articulate, broad business experience, good decision making skills, strong business ethics

Ø  Strong employee management skills. Leads through guiding, influencing and supporting

Ø  Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, partners, and customers

Ø  Fluent in English - oral and written communication skills

Ø  The willingness to travel extensively domestically and internationally
