Matchhr understands that the privacy of
your personal information is important to you. The nature of our business
requires us to collect and maintain personal information, and we understand
that we have a responsibility to protect it.
We follow these principles to deal with and protect personal

1. Collection of Personal Information
Matchhr may collect your personal
information from you, including but not limited to your name, photo, contact
details, nationality, qualifications, work history, your right to work in a
particular country, languages spoken, professional memberships and
accreditations, your work objectives and performance, and other information
from your CV. If you are to be considered for a particular position, we may
also collect references from your nominated referees.
2. Maintenance and Management of Personal Information
Matchhr appoints designated person to
maintain and update network and information system aiming at a better way to
protect private information.
Employee and staff in Matchhr strictly abide
by the professional principles. Disclosure of personal information without
authorization is prohibited in work or after demission.
3. Use and Disclosure of Personal
Information
During the process of qualification and
interview in connection with a specific recruiting assignment, further
information will be added to the file to assist the evaluation of the candidate
against the requirements of the position, and as appropriate such information
will be shared with the client. If
there is no assignment currently available, Matchhr is to retain personal
information and details in database as reference against other opportunities
that may arise
When you request to update your personal
information and there is a dispute about the facts, we will make a note on your
personal information of such dispute. You may also request that Matchhr stops
using your information and contacting you and we will comply with your request.
However, if this involves a request for deletion of your file, please be aware
that we may not be required or able to do so, particularly where your file also
holds information about our clients.
Matchhr will disclose your
personal information only under your authorization and consent.
We may also release personal information to
regulatory or law enforcement authorities, if they require us to do so.
4. Nonresponsibility:
The information disclosure when Matchhr is required to do by
the regulatory or law enforcement authorities
The information disclosure, lost, stolen or falsification
because of force majeure ( including
but not limited to hacker attack, the invasion of computer virus or attack,
earthquake, flood, war)
5. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Matchhr may amend the privacy policy from time to time with
purpose of update and optimization.
