Job Title: Senior Technical Sales Manager-Total Solution
Reports to: Sales Director-Total Solution
Location : Shanghai, P.R.China
Summary:
This position is within COMPANY’s Professional Division, based at Shanghai. In order to fully realize its growth potential in the target market, Company’s recruiting a Sr Technical Sales Manager. The primary responsibility for this technical ‘expert’ is new business growth, with an emphasis on developing and selling solutions and systems specific to all market.
The business development professional will be interfacing across multiple functional disciplines and levels within Company. The successful candidate will be performance and growth oriented; possess strategic commercial acumen; savvy with respect to people management; be an effective communicator; a relationship builder and possess the ability to make quality decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop the whole solution based on company all products, to support and coordinate the sales team to deal in the relevant target market.
• Grow and develop the market segment in China including the long-term strategy for Company Professional Division and affiliated brands.
• Support yearly Business Plan creation for the vertical market.
• Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will be traveling up to 50% of the time in China.
• Set up the infrastructure needed within Company China to support the new market segment. Continually look for ways to refine the infrastructure as the market evolves and needs change.
Required:
To design and propose total solution of all audio's product including lighting, to help total solution sales to win the customers in China.
• 10 years technical support/application or design experience.
• 8 years audio product experience.
• 3 years sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
• Fluent in English - oral and written communication skills.
• The willingness to travel extensively domestically and internationally.
• Passion for audio and an appreciation for quality audio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Audio or equivalent from an accredited university. An advanced degree is preferable but not required.
