·    Act as HSSE Champion, implement the JV HSSE standard, procedure and process to delivery safety target 

·    Implement the JV internal control procedure and in order to raise up compliance and ethic awareness 

·    Accountable to deliver yearly fuel and non-fuel sales targets allocated and maintain a good balance in profitability and sales 

·    Actively drive operational excellence programs in the district to drive continuous efficiency improvement

·    Lead the offsite team reporting to the role, 6 territory teams plus 130 JV and managed sites in the district. Foster people development in the district.

Required Education & Experience:

·    Education: BA degree in Business or related discipline

·    Experience:

Ø 10 years of relevant business experience

Ø    Possess strong personal influencing and relationship management skills, capable of dealing with a joint venture organization, experienced in dealing with partnerships both internally and externally and with people of different levels

Ø    Understand fuel retail operations and shop management

Ø    A proven ability in business development to achieve win-win strategic partnerships

Ø    Demonstrate marketing experience and creative thinking with a spirit of innovation 

Ø    Strong market, data collection, analysis and insight into the changing nature of Fuel markets

Ø  Good written/oral presentation and communication skills, proficiency in English
