Role:  Be fully responsible for project execution by effective and efficient service in candidate searching, evaluation and recommendation
Qualification: rich experience in in-house service and (or) headhunter project execution, has solid understanding to the position and related talent resource, can take evaluation for candidate’s expertise ability and competencies

【Executive Searcher】:
Role：rapidly develop potential candidates by various methods, provide assistance in candidate and customer communications 
Qualification: has outstanding communication and resource development skill, fast-action, good understanding in position requirement and related talent market.
