Mr. Weiz YANG. Gaduated from Sun Yet-San University with Science Bachelor in1995. Starting executive searching career in 1999,  Weiz now is Leading Consultant of general management team. Before join in Match in 2005, Weiz has provideded consulting services to MNC of cross industry like BP, Chevron, Emerson, Longfor, Sunac etc.

Ms. Jolly XU. Gaduated from Renmin University of China with Bachelor in1996, Jolly now is Leading Consultant of enabling team. Before joining in Match in 2007, Jolly has accumulated 11 years HR experience by sering Esquel as HR Manager. 

Mr. Lear LI. Gaduated from North China University of Technology with Engineering Bachelor in 1991, Lear now is Leading Consultant of Manufacturing/Technical Team. Before joining in Match in 2007, Lear LI has accumulated 16 years experiences by serving Emerson and Brocade as Engineering Manager and Program Manager in power generation, EMS and mechanical industry. 

Mr. Kevin WANG. Graduated from South China University of Technology with Engineering Bachelor in 1994  and MBA degree of SUN YAT-SEN University in 2007, Kevin now is Leading Consultant of General  Management, Commercial and Supply Chain team. Before joining in Match in  2007, Kevin has accumulated 13+ years experince of Purchasing Manager, Factory Manager and National Sales Manager by serving CSR and AGC in Chemistry, building materials and automotive industry.
