Job Title: KA Manager (OEM)

Report Line:  Unit Manager

Location : Shanghai，P.R.China

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Owner of the assigned key OEM accounts and local OEM accounts;

· Maintain and develop the leading presence in the assigned accounts;

· Map sales potential by the customer’s product lines and build up project pipelines accordingly;

· Deliver the agreed volume target

· Negotiate and maintain price agreement and supply agreement with the customers;

Required Education & Experience:

·  Education: Refrigeration engineering degree (required).

·   Experience:

Ø  Fluent written and spoken English (required).

Ø  At least familiar with chiller or refrigeration system design & assembly process

Ø  Better to have R&D or engineering experience with chiller or refrigeration system design & assembly process, and have experience in leading & closing at least one chiller or refrigeration projectCommunication and convincing people
